My base is still very much the same and I can't see it changing soon, so blushers are what I'm currently experimenting with. The Nars Fevror Duo was slowly gathering dust in the back of my muji drawers after not pulling this one out in months, so I decided to put the perky pink pairing back in my makeup bag for June.
Rather than purchasing the new Tanya Burr Neutral Ambience Palettes (which look gorgeous!), I decided to dig out my beloved Birthday Suit palette. With four easy to wear, everyday eyeshadows, this one is great at creating a variety of brown smokey looks.
Although the UK weather is rather unpredictable, I expect that as the weather gets warmer, I will need to tailor my makeup to last longer and withstand the heat. I always have an irrational fear of my eyebrows melting off in the heat, but there's no need to worry with the Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow, as once it's on it stays put all day.
The NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams are my favourite all year around, but with a NYX stand just down the road from me, I have been picking up some more Summer appropriate lipsticks. Subtle corals, vivid reds and everyday nudes are currently on the lipstick menu and I can see that they will take me through the Summer.
What have you got in your June makeup bag?
