A Facial Oil To Try

Aesop Fabulous Facial Oil
As an advocate user of facial oils I knew that it wouldn't take long until I had the Aesop Fabulous Facial Oil in my collection and what an addition it has been. With a lightweight, nourishing formula and silky texture, this has saved my skin during the transitional months and cold, dehydrating weather.

I apply a few drops of this oil after my usual night time skincare routine in order to add an intense hit of hydration and radiance. However it also works wonderfully under make up as it provides you with supple, glowing skin. Enriched with juniper berries, jasmine and ylang ylang, this oil prevents blemishes, whilst replenishing and de-congesting the skin. At first I was sceptical that this would be a little too thick for my skin type, but I have found that it has really benefited my complexion. It's fast absorbing and it visibly improves my skin instantly, although I started to see a sustained improvement after a few weeks.

There's no denying that this oil is a luxe product, but I truly believe it is worth every penny.

Halloween Makeup.

Halloween Makeup
With Halloween fast approaching, I thought it was a suitable time to tell you which makeup I will be sporting on the day. Now, if you've come here for impressive zombie looks or your favourite Disney character then you've come to the wrong place, as I like to go a little more low key on the big day.

E Y E S I have dug out a few of my old favourites to don this Halloween. MAC Fig 1, a vampy matte purple looks amazing through the crease or all over the lid for a vivid eye look. Clarins Ombre Matte Eyeshadow in Carbon* is another eyeshadow that is bound to come into play on Halloween as the cream to powder formula is great for smudging colour along your lower lash. Rather than wearing strong eye liner I am opting for dramatic false lashes instead. Some great pairs to look out for are the Eylure Halloween Carnival Lash or these ones that I got from ASDA.

L I P S | Now this is where I go a little more crazy as I usually adopt a rather bold lip either in the form of a berry, blue or red hue. The Makeup Revolution Unicorns Unite Lipsticks* offerings have saved me this year as they come in a range of colours that are affordable and perfect for Halloween. Horn Of Magic; a metallic green, Magical,; a metallic purple/blue hybrid and Myth; a rich, bright red are three shades that I wouldn't wear on a daily basis, but on the 31st October I make an exception.

N A I L S | For my nails I have already painted them with several lashings of Barry M Speedy Quick Dry Nail Vanish in Dragster. This gun metal grey hue looks perfect with any outfit that you're choosing to wear on Halloween. If you're not into dark nails and you haven't got the patience for some nail art, then a vampy red shade will have you covered. Essie's Fall In The Lobby will not only be suitable for Halloween, but it will carry you through the festive month's too.

What are you going as this Halloween?

Everyday Makeup | The Autumn Edition

Everyday Autumn Makeup
With the colder days and darker nights rolling in, I have started to bring out the burgundy shades and dark hues. Although I have products constantly on rotation, there are a few that I reach for on a daily basis. Today, I am going to give you the run down of the makeup I have been wearing recently.

During the Autumn and Winter months I usually opt for a heavier, demi-matte foundation to conceal any imperfections and even out my skin tone. Although I have been trying out my fair share of base products at the moment, the one I keep coming back to is the Charlotte Tilbury Magic FoundationWith a lightweight texture that covers just about anything from scarring to redness this foundation will leave you with perfected, pore-less skin all day long.

For blusher, I usually struggle in the morning to pick only one to apply, but one that I keep reaching for is the Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in True Love. This warm pink matte shade adds a pop of colour to my cheeks, whilst looking natural and subtle. Although I have been into my pink hues, I can't help but reach for Nars Luster on a regular basis too. This golden peach shade looks perfect in contrast with a strong contour, making for a slight shimmer that accentuates any tan I have left.

After a quick sweep of bronzer and a double dose of highlighter, I then move onto my eyes where bold eyeliner and earthy tones are my go-to look. I have been gravitating towards the Maybelline Colour Tattoo in On and On Bronze as a base for MAC's Handwritten Eyeshadow. Both of these work together to create a long wearing, effortless brown eye that can be smudged out to appear more smoky. Another brand that have stolen my heart recently has been H&M, so my Autumn makeup wouldn't be complete without a wash of High Impact Eyeshadow in Russet Rose and thick eye liner courtesy of the Precision Eye Marker. To finish, I curl my lashes and apply several lashings of the L'Oreal Miss Manga Mascara to define and add volume.

Last up is lipstick and this is where it gets tricky. During the Autumnal months I find it increasingly difficult to pick between a red, plum or nude lip. For a budget berry lipstick, I opt for the Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Berry Couture, a rich creamy purple that looks subtle on the lip and is easy to wear on a daily basis. For a nude option, the Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Bahama offering ticks all the right boxes. Bahama compliments and flatters my complexion, making for a lipstick that goes with pretty much any makeup look.

In Shower Staples

If you take a look into my bathroom storage you'll see stacks of shower gels and an endless supply of shampoo, but there are only a handful of products that I reach for on a regular basis. Today I thought I would give you an insight into the products I am currently trialling and loving when it comes to my in-shower routine.

Lush Big Shampoo | This is one product that I will continue to go through tubs of and always repurchase. The large chunks of sea salt add volume and lift the hair, whilst protein-rich seaweed strengthens and revitalises. Although it can be drying, the effect it has on my hair is like no other; it lathers up to thoroughly cleanse, nourish and add texture to my normally flat and lifeless hair, whilst still leaving it with a tousled, glossy finish.

REN Flash Rinse 1 Minute Facial* | Whenever my skin is feeling lacklustre and in need of some immediate TLC, I always turn to this REN offering. Enriched with water activated vitamin C, this face mask brightens and revitalises the skin in just 60 seconds. I keep this in my shower and apply it in the morning just before I slather myself with shower gel. It leaves my skin prepped, radiant and supple, ready for the application of makeup - perfect for a quick skin fix.

Lush Rose Jam Shower Gel | I switch up my shower gels on a regular basis as I go through them so quickly, but there's something about Rose Jam that keeps me coming back for more. With a subtle rose, vanilla and goji berry scent, this lingers on the skin for hours. Not to mention the added argan oil and Sicilian lemon which will brighten and condition the body; just what I want in a morning shower gel.

Gilette Venus Snap Razor* | Razors have always been an essential in my shower, but this tiny Gilette Venus Snap Razor is perfect for getting into the nooks and crannies of the body or for taking on holiday with you. Using a good quality razor is a must for me, so to prevent any future irritations I use the Gilette Satin Care Shave Gel to achieve a close and painless shave that nourishes the area I'm removing hair from.

Mio Body BrushAlthough I like to experiment with various exfoliators, I still remain loyal to my body brush as I have been obsessed with body brushing for around a year now due to it's benefits and the effect that it has had on my skin. I use it both in the shower as well as out to generally exfoliate, reduce cellulite and polish the skin to reveal a radiant, healthy glow. Inhave to admit that although I like using it all over, I still haven't mastered the skill of exfoliating my back, but with the help of my boyfriend I can get rid of any impurities I have - A must have in my opinion.

Blemish Busters

Although my skin has been extremely well behaved recently, I always have a handful of products to hand that are suitable for banishing my blemishes. From masks to treatments, I have put together a group of products that I continue to use to soothe and heal my skin when it is in need of some extra TLC.

My first port of call for when I need to banish blemishes quickly is Sudocrem. Benzyl Alcohol works as an antiseptic to reduce redness and discomfort, but the emollient effect helps to soothe sore, irritated skin. If you're looking for a product that will work in a matter of hours then I would recommend trying out Sudocrem as an affordable alternative to spot treatments such as the Origins Super Spot Remover

The Lush Don't Look At Me Mask is a top treat that my skin loves. Enriched with Murumuru Butter, Tunisian Neroli and Lemon Juice, this face mask gently exfoliates, moisturises and promotes radiant looking skin. Although this mask isn't tailored specifically for blemish prone skin, I still find that the rich texture helps to get rid of those little pesky bumps and heal problematic skin in an instant.

Next up is another mask in the form of the Antipodes Aura Manuka Honey Mask. Described as an antibacterial, deep cleansing mask, this is suitable for both the morning and evening. With it's hydrating and cooling properties, this mask fights blemishes, soothes redness and leaves your skin feeling bright and de-congested without stripping the skin of natural oils.

If masks or treatments aren't your cup of tea, then the La Roche Posay Serozinc is your best bet. I have been singing it's praises for many months now, but it truly works wonders. As it contains only three ingredients, water, sodium chloride and zinc sulfate, I helps blemish-prone skin and irritation. I spritz it on as a toner both in the morning and at night as the simple ingredients work quickly and effectively on the skin.

The Nude Lip Edit.

During the Autumn there is a lot of emphasis on berry and purple hues, but for everyday wear I prefer to don a nude lip look. As I have collected my fair share of nude lipsticks and liners,  I thought it was about time that I gave you the run down of my favourite products that can be used to create the perfect nude lip.

P R E P | Whether you're choosing a matte, satin or gloss nude lip, it is important to prep and prime your lip to get rid of dry patches and leave a nourished base. No one does lip scrubs better than Lush. If there's one that you need in your collection it's the Santa's Lip Scrub, it scrubs, buffs and leaves them looking and tasting divine. To follow, I apply the Nuxe Reve De Miel as it helps to protect, repair and hydrate your lips ready for application.

L I P  L I N E R | It's not often that I fall in love with a lipliner, but MAC Whirl quickly had me smitten. It can be used to even out, define and make the lips look fuller or it can be used on it's own with lip balm. This deep, dirty rose shade has a smooth, creamy texture which doesn't drag on the lips and prolongs the wear of any lip product that is applied on top.

L I Q U I D  L I P S T I C K | At the moment there seems to be a craze around liquid lipsticks and I for one am fully on the bandwagon. The Balm's Meet Matt(e) Hughes Liquid Lipstick in Committed has a matte, long lasting formula that glides on smoothly and creates an opaque layer of colour that doesn't budge for hours. Committed, a pink nude hue works well for daily wear, feels more comfortable to wear than traditional liquid lipsticks and I find that this one doesn't dry too quickly, meaning you can work with them for a little longer.

L I P  P E N C I L | If you're looking for a new addition to your nude collection, then the Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencils have you covered. The perfect nude hue can be hard to find as it often depends on your skin tone and lip colour, but for me, Bahama compliments and flatters my complexion. Being the most brown offering out of the line up, it is extremely suitable for Autumnal wear and looks great paired with a brown smoky eye.

L I P S T I C K | When it comes to a nude lipstick, I like nothing better than MAC's Twig. This soft muted pink shade with brown undertones works perfectly in combination with Whirl lip liner to create a fuller, more defined looking lip. With a satin finish and comfortable formula, Twig can be easily applied on the go from the bullet.

Staple Accessories

Staple Accessories
When it comes to accessories and shoes, I own a lot, but I tend to only wear a few. I usually opt for classic, delicate pieces to accompany my outfits, so today's post is a run down of my go-to, everyday accessories.

Simple Bracelets | If you're after a few new jewellery pieces then I recommend trying out H&M as they have some beautiful rose gold accessories in at the moment ranging from geometric necklaces to subtle looking bracelets. These H&M Bangles are all that I've been wearing lately. With a simple stone accent, these bracelets look perfect paired with my Daniel Wellington watch.

Pom Pom Shoes | *Insert all the heart eye emojis here*. After searching high and low for these shoes, I finally got my hands on them several week ages and they haven't left my feet since. At around the £10 mark, this Primark offering is an affordable way to update and add an alternative spin to your- what would have been- simple outfit. Personally I like pairing these with an all black outfit and my oversized Zara scarf.

Delicate Necklaces | Necklaces are probably my least worn item out of all my jewellery, but if there is one necklace that I wear with everything it is the Forever 21 Marble Long Necklace as it is easy and simple to wear on a daily basis.

Statement Earrings | Now, as a girl with a fair amount of ear piercings it can be hard to find earrings that fit and compliment my ears. These back hanging studded Zara Earrings look elegant and effortless, dressing up any outfit.

Rose Gold Watch | After receiving my Daniel Wellington Classic Sheffield Watch* last month, I have been smitten ever since. With a timeless, minimalistic design and rose gold detailing, it's no wonder that I rarely ever remove it from my wrist. If there's one accessory that I wear without fail, it's this watch. Daniel Wellington have kindly given me a code that will get you 15% off your dream watch valid until the 31st October - Pintsizedbeauty.

Oversized Scarf | During the Autumn and Winter months I am never without a soft, oversized scarf wrapped around my neck keeping me warm. This Zara Soft Geometric Scarf has quickly become a staple in my wardrobe. With reversible monochrome colours this scarf compliments any outfit and as it's a blanket scarf shape it can be wrapped around to keep you warm.

Dainty Rings | When it comes to rings, I can spot an adorable, minimal piece from miles away. Although I am not averse to wearing precious stone rings, I tend to wear simple midi rings on a daily basis as they're an easy way to add jewellery into your outfit. When it comes to rings, no one does it better than River Island and their affordable range has some of my favourite ever rings.

The Autumn Scent

Jo Malone Velvet Rose and Oud Intense Cologne | £105 | Link

Every time a new season rolls around I always go on the hunt for a new fragrance and during the Autumn, I like nothing better than a strong, intense scent. After longing for another Jo Malone cologne for sometime, my boyfriend surprised me by gifting me one for my birthday and it's quickly become my staple scent.

Jo Malone's intense cologne's all come in a sleek, black bottle and sport a rich blend of ingredients. This Velvet Rose and Oud offering has a top note of warm clove, heart note of damask rose and complimentary base note of smoky oud creating a scent that had me at the first sniff. This fragrance is sultry but feminine, sporting the perfect mix of floral and dark scents. Even though I prefer wearing the perfume on it's own, if I'm after a more lightweight fragrance I often mix it with my Jo Malone Peony and Blush Suede to create a classic, floral combination. This strong, distinctive scent is long lasting and lingers on the skin for hours, meaning that a couple of spritz is all you need to make a statement all day long.

Lush Christmas Collection 2015

Lush Christmas Collection 2015
When it comes to Christmas collections, no one does it better than Lush. I am fully aware that we still have 10 weeks until the big day, but I like nothing more than a bath bomb in a hot bath with candles after a long, chilly day spent outside. This year I feel like Lush has excelled themselves, bringing out a lot of gold looking, vanilla scented products. After spending a considerable amount of time in Lush over the past couple of weeks, I have collected my fair share of products so I thought I would share with you what I bought.

Lush Cinders | Every year I scour my local Lush looking for Cinders. With a warming cinnamon scent and iconic popping candy, it's no wonder that I have to stock up on several over the Christmas period. It fills my bathroom with its spicy, sweet scent and makes the water feel so soft. Perfect for getting you in the festive spirit.

Lush Rose Jam Shower Gel | Although Snow Fairy is a cult classic and one that I will forever repurchase, I still can't help but feel that Rose Jam Shower Gel is seriously underrated. With subtle rose, Goji berry and sweet vanilla, this shower gel makes for a scent that will linger on your skin for hours, using Argan oil to repair and condition too.

Lush The Magic Of ChristmasWhenever I think of Christmas I automatically cast my thoughts to anything cinnamon. So this year, The Magic Of Christmas had me smitten from the get-go. Lush's reusable bubble bars are extremely good value for money as it's easy to control how much you use per bath. Enriched with warming cinnamon leaf, almond oil and refreshing orange oil, this bubble bar packs some serious punch and is perfect for the festive season. The cinnamon stick used as the handle is a lovely touch and means that your bathroom will smell of Christmas even when the the product is not in use.

Lush Butterbear | The Butterball is one of my favourite bath bombs from the Lush, so it's no wonder I always pop one of two of Butterbear into my basket every Christmas. With a strong vanilla scent and softening cocoa butter, this bath bomb may not do anything drastic to the colour of your bath water, but your skin will thank you afterwards. It soothes dry, irritated skin leaving it feeling moisturised with minimal effort. Just pop in the bath and you're good to go.

Lush Five Gold Rings | I've definitely left the best til last as the new edition to the Christmas range is a good un'. Five Gold Rings consists of five glittery bubble bars that can be crumbled under the water to create a golden, vanilla-filled bath packed full of skin softening illipe butter and moringa oil. If you're heading to Lush anytime soon, then I would recommend picking this one up.

H&M Beauty.

H&M Beauty Makeup

As a H&M fashion and homeware fan, when I heard that they were releasing a new beauty range I knew that I had to get my hands on some of the pieces. From their eyeshadow pencils to cream blushers, the whole range is packaged beautifully in either black, white or gold, making for very chic, Instagram-worthy looking products. After trying out more than my fair share of their products, I thought I would give you the run down of my favourite offerings.

H&M High Impact Eye Colour | H&M's whole line up of eyeshadow shades is phenomenal; from pale pinks to rich browns, they have you covered. The two hues that I picked up were Paradise Lost, a champagne pink and Russet Rose, a vivid copper. Both of these work together with other shades, but I find they both look perfect on their own as a subtle wash of colour on the lids with several lashings of mascara.

H&M Velvet Lip Cream | Although I love everything from this collection, the Velvet Lip Creams are the products that have started my new obsession with liquid lipsticks. Le Beau Monde- a vivid red similar to that of Sephora's Always Red- has been on my lips pretty much since I got it and Dare Me, a deep plum is a matte version of Stila's Amore which has been exactly what I've been looking for. Both shades provide a strong wash of colour that is long lasting on the lips; perfect for long days or nights out.

H&M Pure Velvet Cream Blusher | As someone who has never been a fan of cream blusher, I was surprised to find that this could be a turning point for me as I quickly fell head over heels for this gold, hexagon shaped blusher. With a natural, dewy finish, Dusty Rose is the perfect daily shade. With a cream to powder formula, these can be blended easily and built up to your liking despite having a strong colour pay off.

H&M Precision Eye Marker | High quality, budget eyeliners are hard to come across these days, so when I saw that they had released a black felt tip liner, I knew I had to give it a try. With a precise nib and pigmented formula, this has actually become one of my favourites as it's so quick and easy to use, plus it doesn't budge or smudge once applied. If you struggle with winged eyeliner, then I would recommend you give this a go, plus it's less than £5 which is a bonus for my bank account.

H&M Pure Radiance Blusher | Black and gold packaging will always catch my eye, but this product truly surprised me. Although when swatched these blushers appear quite subtle, when applied they have serious colour pay off, so go easy with the brush. Golden Peach, a coral hue with gold shimmer running through it, is perfect for everyday wear and makes for a natural glow to the cheeks.

Champagne Eyes.

MAC All That Glitters, H&M Beauty, MAC Bare Study Paint Pot, L'Oreal Colour Riche Golden Nude
MAC All That Glitters, H&M Beauty, MAC Bare Study Paint Pot, L'Oreal Colour Riche Golden Nude
During the Autumn and Winter season there is a great emphasis on berry hues. Although I do love to wear them regularly, I tend to opt for neutral shades to wear on a daily basis. Champagne shades are a great alternative option to my usual copper and brown tones as they help to brighten and open the eye area. Today, I have given you the run down of the four shades that you need to own.

MAC Bare Study Paint Pot | When it comes to champagne eyeshadows it is important to prep and prime the lid to prolong wear and increase intensity. Bare Study is a golden, creamy eyeshadow that acts perfectly as a base and can be used to brighten the eye area. I tend to use it all over the lid as a subtle wash of colour, under the brow bone or in the inner corner.

L'Oreal Colour Riche L'Ombre Pure - Golden Nude | This rich, shimmery shade is perfect for when you want to add a little sparkle but want nothing but a few lashings of mascara to define the eyes. With a buttery texture, it can be applied seamlessly without much effort and with an iridescent silver shimmer running through it, it's perfect for adding a dose of colour over other shades too.

MAC All That Glitters Eyeshadow | If there's one eyeshadow that can be worn on a daily basis it's All That Glitters. This golden champagne shade with rose gold undertones looks amazing paired with Bare Study as it makes for a long lasting, eye brightening look.

H&M High Impact Eye Colour - Paradise Lost | Of course I had to include a new, budget option in this line up. Paradise Lost is a similar shade to Golden Nude, however with a peachier hue it packs a bit more punch. If you're looking for a shade that can casually be swept all over the lid or used as an inner corner highlight.

Clarins Joli Rouge Lipsticks

From Top To Bottom / Petal Pink, Bright Coral, Rosewood, Pink Praline, Pink Ginger, Rosy Nude)
As a massive fan of Clarins, when I heard that they were relaunching their infamous Joli Rouge lipsticks* I knew that I had to get my hands on a few. Ranging from deep plums to subtle nudes, this range has you covered for all seasons; but for me, the pink and coral hues got me at first glance. Today, I am sharing with you my top six shades that I think you ought to  swatch next time you go near a Clarins counter.

Although I never owned the original Joli Rouge lipsticks, packaging wise the newly revamped lipsticks score top marks. With a gold casing and red inside, these shades not only feel divine, they look great in your makeup bag too. The bullets are carved to just the right angle to fit comfortably on the lips and each lipstick is scented with a berry-like essence.

Lipsticks with hydrating formulas often lack pigmentation but these have a rich texture and glide on smoothly, adding a soft stain to the lips. Enriched with mango butter, Maxi Lip Complex and Organic Salicornia Extract, this concoction of ingredients helps to repair, nourish and protect the lips. Bright Coral is one of my favourite shades that looks perfect paired with Pink Praline for those days when you want a subtle hue to wear. Next up are two of my favourites, Rosewood, a pink toned brown that goes with pretty much anything and Rosy Nude, a staple pale pink that adds an understated gloss to the lips.

Whether you're after a new Autumnal lipstick or a few to spruce up your collection, the Joli Rouge range has you covered.

Autumn Party Makeup.

During the Autumn, I tend to incorporate smoky eyes, dewy skin and a bright pop of colour into my daily make up routine. When it comes to Autumn party makeup I don't sway too much from this mantra either, except I usually opt for an extra dose of highlighter and a set of a false eyelashes. As tomorrow marks the day that I turn 19 years old, I thought I would share with you my typical Autumn Party Makeup look which I will be wearing on the special day.

The colder weather often brings dull, lacklustre skin and as I like a fuller coverage foundation for a night out, the Charlotte Tilbury Magic Foundation offers a finish that is both flawless and brightening and can do no wrong. It's easy to blend, effortlessly conceals imperfections and evens out skin tone; perfect for those days when you want an immaculate base. With a lightweight texture that covers just about anything from scarring to redness this demi-matte foundation will leave you with perfected, pore-less skin all day long.

After adding any necessary concealer and lightly applying loose powder to set my base, I move onto blusher where the H&M Pure Radiance Powder Blush in Golden Peach is on hand. This long lasting, coral hue adds a warm glow to the cheeks without being too overpowering. Next up is highlighter - whether I'm going on a date night or to a party, highlighter is a necessity for me. When I want a soft, radiant finish I dab the Topshop Glow Highligher in Polish over my cheekbones and finish with a dusting of The Balm's Mary Lou Manizer to emphasise on my contour.

On my eyes, I have been reaching for the Urban Decay Naked Smoky Palette*. This palette has an array of shades ranging from rich browns to sultry purples, perfect for creating many versatile eye looks. I apply Dirtysweet all over the lid, accompanied by Radar lightly on the edge of the lid. On my crease I apply Whisky, a matte brown followed by Password, a cool taupe hue. Together they add definition, making for an easy to wear golden, neutral smoky eye look that goes with pretty much any outfit. I'm not a huge fan of a dramatic highlighter underneath my brow bone, so Thirteen is the perfect shade for me. Although it's a matte and wouldn't necessarily be considered as a highlighter at first glance, this white hue is perfect for when you want to accentuate sharp, defined eyebrows without going OTT.

To follow I apply the Accessorize Eye Lover, a long lasting liquid eyeliner that defines your upper lash line in an instant. I used to use Accessorize all the time when I was younger and I'm sure some will remember the time when everyone went crazy for their highlighters. Fast forward a couple of years and Accessorize have relaunched their make up range, so I knew that I had to get my hands on a few items. Despite their nail polishes getting all of the heart eye emojis with their unique bottle shape and rose gold detailing, it was actually their eyeliner that stole my heart. With a highly pigmented formula, matte black shade and precise, felt tip applicator, this eyeliner is one of the best I've tried. Without even mentioning how pretty the rose gold packaging is, the eyeliner itself is fantastic for those that haven't quite mastered the art of eyeliner yet. Although I'm somebody who swears by the phrase "practice makes perfect" when it comes to those eyeliner flicks, this really does make an incredible difference to how fast and effective you can create your specific eye look. It's ideal for all occasions, whether you're opting for a thin, subtle line or a thick, dramatic line. When it comes to party make up, I want something that'll last and I find that it is my eyeliner that is first to look worse for wear, but not with this. It will give an all night look without smudging or budging - Perfect.

After curling my lashes and several lashings of mascara, I apply my Eylure False Lashes - 101 to add a bit more volume to my lashes and intensify the overall look. I have used these lashes for many years now and they're my go-to for any party or date night look.

Although during the Autumn, I tend to opt for berry and deep red hues to stain my lips, I have been enjoying wearing a bright coral to freshen up my complexion. If you're looking to go dark then I would recommend MAC - Ruby Woo as it's extremely long wearing and it goes effortlessly with any outfit. If you're like me and you still can't seem to let go of those coral offerings, then the Nars Satin Lip Pencil in Lodhi is a must have. Although Lodhi is bordering on being more of an orange hue, I still find that it's easy to wear. It sits comfortable on the lips, wears well throughout the day and is easy to reapply throughout the night.

To finish, a party makeup look wouldn't be complete without a wash of colour on your nails and when it comes to nail polish, no one does it better than Essie. The two shades I have chosen are Fifth Avenue, a statement glossy red-orange and Summit Of Style, a golden glitter that gets brought out every time I have an event to go to and one that continues to add a luxe effect to the nails.

Hydration Heroes

During the Autumn and Winter months, my skin often feels parched, irritated and dehydrated from the changing weather and season. Today I have put together a handful of products that I turn to whenever my skin is in need of some extra TLC and hydration. From a rich moisturiser to luxurious shower gel, I have products that will nourish your skin from head to toe.

Although I don't usually opt for a nourishing cleanser, recently I have found that using simple, non-comedogenic formulas have really benefited my skin. I have been reaching for the La Roche Posay Toleriane Dermo Cleanser* to clear skin and melt away my make up. Enriched with glycerine and thermal spring water, this cleanser will gently hydrate, soften and soothe the skin.

As I've got older my skin has got drier and more sensitive, meaning I have to pack it full of moisture on a regular basis. The one moisturiser I have been going to throughout September have been the Vichy Idealia Skin Sleep* as it helps to revive and replenish the skin, making it appear more fresh and radiant. Hyalyronic acid stimulates cell regeneration, caffeine stimulates microcirculation and salicylic acid evens out the texture of your skin. The comfortable gel formula means that this moisturiser works as a great base for make up.

After cleansing my skin and applying moisturiser, I always reach for the Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment to replenish my dehydrated eye area. This thick and rich formula enriched with avocado oil has an unique texture that doesn't migrate into the eyes, making for a much more pleasurable experience. Fast absorbing, light weight and extremely hydrating, there isn't much more I would want from an eye cream.

Whenever my body is looking dull and lacklustre, I always opt for a pungent shower cream to lather up on my skin and leave a long lasting scent. When I found out that Lush were releasing The Comforter in shower gel form, I may have jumped up and down a bit. This lightweight shower cream made with cassis absolute and almond oil is a luxe way to uplift, revive and hydrate the skin with ease.

Last, a product that I've mentioned before is the Fresh Sugar Lip Treatments, a tinted lip balm that nourishes and adds a light wash of colour to the lips. With added sugar and grapeseed oil, this offering prevents future moisture loss, whilst being rich in antioxidants making for protected, supple lips for up to 6 hours.

What products do you turn to do save your dehydrated skin?
