Happy Halloween Witches! I've really enjoyed the lead up to the 31st this year and I wanted to put together a little blog post on last minute Halloween ideas to do if you're spending today at home as I've already done all the spooky things I had planned.
Gather All The Snacks | Pick up some sweets if you're allowing trick or treaters to come to come to your house or you can just scoff them yourself like I'll be doing. Alongside this you can make some savoury snacks too like mummy sausage rolls (I'll be using veggie sausages) and pumpkin soup served in mini munchkin pumpkins.
Netflix | We've definitely made the most of the horror section on Netflix over the last couple of weeks, so I've got a few recommendations. If you want to watch a classic there's Saw, but if you're not gore then there's Paranormal Activity which is spooky too. Don't Breathe was one that was surprisingly good, but it's actually TV series I'll be watching. American Horror Story, The Haunting of Hill House and the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina are all ones to stick on your to-watch list. Although it's not on Netflix, a gripping series I watched in two sittings was Killing Eve which has a less spooky theme to it, but it's jumpy nevertheless.
Carve Your Pumpkins | Have a little look on Google for any pumpkin designs that take your fancy and then set out on carving your own whilst you're watching a scary film. On top of carving my pumpkin, I like to decorate the house with a scull garland and other decorations I've picked up over the years.
Stick On A Halloween Playlist | There's so many Halloween playlists on YouTube and Spotify, so even if you're not fancying watching anything, there's a few songs that you can play instead.
What are you doing this evening?
