Making The Most Of The Snow | I'm secretly hoping that we get another day of snow to enjoy before it turns to slush, as I love building a snowman, having a snowball fight and waiting for my cheeks to turn rosy. Having an excuse to wrap up warm is always my favourite and I love coming back in to the warm.
Go Christmas Light Hunting | I've done this ever since I was a child and it's one of my favourite traditions - Going around the town looking at all the Christmas lights and judging which one's are the best. Some of the most specular ones have donations boxes outside where you can give to charity too!
Treat Yourself To Some New PJ's | I adore putting my PJ's on the radiator and a hot water bottle underneath my duvet before hopping in, as it keeps me feeling toasty and warm. I know some people like to have new pyjamas for Christmas eve and I'm planning to make this a yearly tradition for myself too - because who doesn't love an excuse to lounge in new PJ's? I'm very tempted by the Fat Face Luna Sky Bottoms as they're right up my street.
Pick Up A Christmas Decoration | Talking of Christmas traditions, one that we have is that we pick up a new tree decoration every year, and I've been on the look out for 2017's one at the moment. Although we try to find them in quaint shops, I can't help but keep eyeing up some of the cute one's in store including this Anthropologie Zodiac Decoration.
Watch Your Festive Favourites | I always have a to-watch list every December full to the brim of the films that put me in the festive mood, including Home Alone, Elf, The Holiday, Four Christmases and Arthur Christmas! TV channels often show reruns of my favourite festive episodes too, which always put a smile on my face.
Read By The Fire | I've fallen out of the habit of reading again, but I'm hoping the time off over Christmas will allow me to re-kindle the love. There's something about being huddled under a bundle of blankets by the fire and reading by Christmas lights that makes me feel sleepy, yet cosy.
A Christmas Market | One of my favourites things about Christmas markets is
Wear Glitter Just Because | If I can't wear glitter throughout December, when can you wear it? I love picking up anything with shimmer in it, including my favourite makeup picks (a blog post to come) or even socks which are donned with sparkles and snowflakes.
Make The Most Of Everything | It's taken me a while to get in the festive spirit, but now I want to get involved with as much as I can. Making the most of every evening spare I have without stressing about unwrapped presents is my goal for the next few weeks.
Bake | Gingerbread are a must every year for me and I love getting creative with their designs. With easy access to Pinterest, there's so many delicious recipes that I can't wait to try, especially sweet treats for desert or anything that can be roasted for a cosy, Sunday dinner!
How do you add a little magic to your Christmas?
